Our policy is straightforward — if something isn't right, we'll sort it out. Here's everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds.
What You Can Return or Exchange
We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, product(s) must be in their original condition with all tags intact and pass quality inspection during reverse pickup.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can be initiated once per product.

Pickup from Your Doorstep
We provide a free reverse pickup service for your convenience. Product(s) must pass quality inspection for the return or exchange to be processed. Each order gets two reverse pickup attempts.
When self-shipping, share the courier docket for tracking with our support team. Ensure the product(s) are securely packed with your Order ID and registered mobile number on the packaging.
How Refunds Work

Cancelling or Changing Your Order
Orders can be cancelled or modified (change number, address, product style or size) if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Our dispatch cycle typically begins within 24–48 hours of order placement.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may initiate a return after delivery within the 7-day window.
If Something's Not Right
If you receive a damaged, defective, used, wrong, or missing-tag product — or a torn, damaged, or empty parcel — please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional charge. If you receive an unrelated product or an empty parcel, raise a query within 48 hours of delivery.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
For hygiene reasons, the following categories cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged — unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
If any item from the above categories arrives defective or incorrect, contact us at support@raax.in within 48 hours.
Shipping Policy
- Free shipping on all orders sitewide.
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and shipped from our warehouse.
- We ship PAN India — our mission is to serve every region of Bharat.
- Metro areas: Delivered within 1–4 days after processing.
- Rest of India: Delivered within 4–7 days after processing.

A Few Important Notes
- Ensure bank account details provided for refunds are accurate. Errors in details are the customer's responsibility.
- Please check the size guide before placing an order.
- Product colours may vary slightly based on your screen resolution and settings.
- For COD orders, a cash handling charge of INR 100 applies per order. No additional charges apply for prepaid orders.
- If payment is made via a third-party platform and you have not received updates on cashback, contact the respective platform directly. RAAX is not responsible for third-party payment issues.
- For prepaid orders, if you receive a delivery confirmation but have not received the product, contact us within 48 hours.
- Customers must take proper care of the product while in their possession.
