Orders & Cancellations
Yes — if your order has not yet been dispatched. Our dispatch cycle typically begins within 24–48 hours of order placement.
Reach us via WhatsApp or at support@raax.in as soon as possible. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can initiate a return after delivery within the 7-day window.
Yes, modifications (size, colour, address, phone number) are possible as long as the order has not been dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or support@raax.in.
Log in to raax.in and go to My Account → Track Your Order. You'll find real-time tracking details there.
Yes. A cash handling charge of INR 100 applies per COD order. No additional charges apply for prepaid orders.
If you've received a delivery confirmation but your parcel hasn't arrived, contact us within 48 hours of the confirmation at support@raax.in or via WhatsApp. We'll investigate immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to raise a return or exchange request. Requests raised beyond this window cannot be accepted.
- Size Exchange — swap for a different size of the same item. Free reverse pickup; new size dispatched after inspection.
- Product Exchange — swap for a different product. Pay the difference if higher value; receive store credit or gift card if lower.
- Return for Refund — return the item and receive a refund via original payment method or wallet credit.
We accept items that are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- All original tags intact and attached
- Original packaging preserved
- In resalable condition
We cannot accept items that are:
- Worn, washed, or soiled
- Missing or tampered tags
- Without original packaging
- Altered or customised by the customer
Products purchased during clearance sales, BOGO offers, exclusive discounts, brand collaborations, or campaigns with free products cannot be refunded, but they can be exchanged.
For hygiene reasons, the following categories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the item received is defective or incorrect:
- Innerwear, Vests, Briefs, Boxers
- Socks
- Masks & Accessories
- Customised Products
If a defective or incorrect item from any of these categories is received, contact us at support@raax.in within 48 hours.
We offer free reverse pickup from your doorstep. Each order gets up to two pickup attempts. The product must pass a quality inspection before the return or exchange is processed.

- Share the courier docket with our support team for tracking.
- We recommend using Speed Post for reliability.
We strongly recommend recording a video while opening your parcel. Keep all stickers and labels intact. This serves as proof in case of missing or damaged items. Without video proof, it may be difficult to process returns or refunds for such claims.
If you receive a torn or damaged parcel, do not accept it.
Refunds
Refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours of the product passing our quality check.
- Bank refunds (prepaid orders): 7–10 business days after initiation.
- Wallet credit: Instant.
For prepaid orders, you can choose to receive the refund to your original payment method or as RAAX wallet credit (instant).
COD order refunds are issued as RAAX Wallet credit. It is credited instantly once the product passes quality check, is valid for 12 months, and can be used for future purchases on the website or app.
Purchases made using RAAX wallet credits — if returned — will be refunded as wallet credits only.
Shipping
Yes. Free shipping on all orders sitewide — no minimum order value required.
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and then shipped from our warehouse.
- Metro areas: 1–4 days after processing.
- Rest of India: 4–7 days after processing.
We ship PAN India.
We ship across India. Our mission is to serve every region of Bharat. However, some pincodes may not be serviceable for reverse pickup — in which case you'd need to self-ship returns.
Defective or Wrong Items
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damage or defect. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional charge.
Raise a query within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or support@raax.in. Share photos or a video clearly showing the item received. We'll arrange the correct product to be sent to you.
If you receive a torn or visibly damaged parcel, do not accept it. If you already have, contact us immediately — within 48 hours — with an unboxing video or photos as evidence. We will investigate and resolve promptly.
We require photos or an unboxing video showing the issue clearly. For best results, record the video before cutting any tape — show the sealed package and all labels intact. This significantly speeds up resolution.

Colours may vary slightly based on your screen's resolution and display settings. We do our best to represent products accurately, but minor variation is normal.
